Step 1: Logging into the ERP Portal https://erportal.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal
To begin, visit https://erpportal.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal and login using your credentials. Once you’ve entered your login details, validate the OTP (One-Time Password) for successful authentication. Upon successful validation, you will be directed to the homepage.
Step 2: Navigating to the Membership Verification Tab
On the homepage, locate and click on the “Membership Verification” tab. This action will open a popup window.
Step 3: Selecting SNEA from the Dropdown Menu
Within the popup window, you will find a dropdown menu. Select “SNEA” from the available options.
Step 4: Consenting and Submitting the Form
Check the consent box to confirm your selection and proceed. Afterward, submit the form. This action will prompt another popup window to appear.
Step 5: Confirming the Submission
In the second popup window, you will be asked whether you want to submit the form. Click on “Yes” to confirm the submission.
By following these steps, you will be able to change your BSNL association membership through the ERP portal successfully.
