AGM SR BSNL CO writes to all Circle heads conveying provision of facility of Review Option in ESS Portal w.e.f. 03/07/2023 and up to 15/07/2023.
This is one of the demands raised by SNEA as per feedback from CS/DS and now the executives who have submitted wrong options, or who have opted out but not opted for any association can delete the option submitted earlier and can submit a fresh option.
This option can be utilized by the executives who have opted out and not joined any association or wrongly submitted an option to association other than SNEA and now want to join SNEA.
Existing members of SNEA have to only check in EES login that his/her existing association is shown as SNEA and no need to take any other action.
Some members have asked that after deletion of an option given to another association or opt out, existing membership of SNEA is shown and no change option to SNEA is shown. In this regard, it is to inform that on deletion of option submitted during this window, the status before submission of the option will be restored and he /she will be have only one option to decide the membership.
This facility is for giving one-time option by corrections in given option i.e. New/Change /Opt out (withdraw or stop) for deduction of membership subscription from salary, in the e-Membership subscription window.
As this revised option also available only for one time, all executives who are not members of SNEA or who have wrongly opted for association other than SNEA, or opted out from earlier association and not joined any association, are appealed to make use of this fresh option / opportunity and join SNEA family which is growing day by day.
In the last year membership change over window 2022, SNEA added of about 2000 members. As per feedback from CS/DS SNEA all over India, this year from 16/06/2023 to till now more than 1300 Executives have joined SNEA making membership of SNEA 13000 plus out of 29500 plus total working executives in BSNL.
SNEA 2.0 assures all the executives of BSNL for committed efforts for resolution of pending HR issues with positive energy by keen persuasion and negotiations at all levels and appeals all to join the association with highest membership and be part of active and vibrant association SNEA.
