CEC of SNEA MP Circle was organized at Hotel Citrus Prime, Bhopal on 13.08.2023, Sunday.
All the OBs across the MP circle attended the CEC meeting under the leadership of our Dynamic CS Com R.K.Deepak, CP Com Manish Khare and CT Com Mukesh Soni. Meeting started with SNEA flag hoisting. CS SNEA MP and CT SNEA MP Circle presented their reports in front of the house and it was passed by the house.
In afternoon, a grand OPEN SESSION was organized with topic “Indigenous 4G/5G deployment will be a game changer for BSNL”. OPEN SESSION was inaugurated with “Deep Prajwalan” by the Chief Guest Shri P.K Jain Sir PGM EB MP Circle, Special guest Shri Satyanand Rajhans Sir Ex CGM MP Circle, Guest of Honour Com M S Adasul ji GS SNEA, Com N D Ram ji GS SEWA, Com Manish Samadhiya ji AIP SNEA, Com Sumit Saxena ji JS (C) SNEA. The other important guests of open session included CS SEWA R.K Raikwar ji, Shri Rajesh Soni ji PGM BA Bhopal, Shri Manoj Kumar ji PGM TX, Shri Mahendra Singh ji PGM CNTX-W, Shri Manish Kumar ji Sr. GM Civil, Shri M S Dhakad ji GM Bharatnet, Shri Vinod Kumar ji GM HR/Admin, Shri Arun Kumar ji GM CFA and other prominent guest. Com R.K.Deepak CS SNEA MP gave Welcome speech. Guests of the ‘OPEN SESSION’ explained the importance of Indigenous 4G/5G deployment in BSNL and how it will result in turn around of BSNL to a profitable organization. They said that success of this project will certainly help in resolving of all pending HR issues related to pay and promotion of executives in BSNL. Around 160 Executives participated this open session which lasted around 6 hours in jam packed Conference Hall. Open Session was very well conducted by Shri S D Majumdar and Shri Pankaj Rai.
In the evening office bearers of SNEA from all over MP Circle presented their reports and discussed issues of their areas. CS SNEA MP assured them all, to resolve all the issues on priority basis. The office bearers of SNEA and SEWA discussed on critical HR issues of the Executives viz. 3rd PRC, 22820/pay-loss of JTO batch 2007/08 and JAO 2010 batch, Pay-loss of JTOs at the time of their JE period, demand of E1+5 for E1 recruited executives, replacement of E1A with E2, E2A with E3 i.e. Standard pay scales, modifications of educational qualification in MSRR 2023, future promotion strategies for Executives in all cadres/streams (JTO to SDE, SDE Seniority List 11,12,13 AGM promotion, AGM to DGM Regular promotion, AO to CAO promotion etc.)
Com GS SNEA Shri M S Adasul ji in his address explained that Single majority association in BSNL is need of the hour. He highly appreciated decision of GS SEWA Shri N D Ram ji for extending support to SNEA in 3rd MV. He also discussed the roadmap for resolution of various demands like 3rd PRC, Promotions in all executives’ cadres and Pay loss issues of JTO/JAO’s.
GS SEWA Shri N D Ram ji in his speech revealed facts how current Majority Association has betrayed after getting the tag of MA and did nothing for sake of their members and all executives. Instead, MA has helped management in framing policies like unnecessary inter circle transfers, barring of TBP/increment if any executive forego regular promotion etc. He requested all SEWA members to honour alliance with SNEA and help in thumping victory of SNEA in 3rd MV of Executives to be held on 12.09.2023.
Both the GS requested OB’s that the MOU signed between SNEA and SEWA at CHQ level must be obeyed till the OA level, so that the support of SEWA can be converted into votes and for this is very important that all the office bearers of both the association should organize regular meeting to achieve it.
